Lillian Chang is the Senior Vice President at SAP National Security Services (SAP NS2). SAP NS2 is an independent division of the international business software giant SAP in the United States. The company mainly provides analytics, databases, cyber security, and cloud services for the defense and national security sectors.

 

As SAP NS2 senior vice president, Lillian Chang manages the company’s cloud portfolio and partner relationships. She is responsible for delivering secure, appropriate solutions to the clients, as well as overseeing the NS2 physical cloud’s software, hardware, and services.

 

Lillian Chang has been with SAP since 1998, and some of her expertise include solution management, partnerships, and go-to-market. Ms.Chang also led the effort to get SAP NS2 provisional approval from DISA for supply chain management software that enables the company to speed up the supply chain operations at DoD agencies

One of his most important contributions was his work on developing the CGI federal cloud under a contract with the US General Services Administration agreement.

Mr. Probert has been with CACI since July 2020, providing services like software modernization, systems engineering, integration, and growth plans. He is skilled at overseeing extensive projects and portfolios, entering new foreign markets, and encouraging a culture of operational excellence throughout all business and functional units.

 

Todd Probert has extensive experience in the national security industry. Mr. Probert had an excellent career at Raytheon Technologies before moving to CACI. He served in numerous executive capacities, the most recent being vice president of Command, Control, Space, and Intelligence.

Patrick Clancey is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at IDEMIA National Security Solutions (NSS), a subsidiary of IDEMIA, since 2022. IDEMIA provides identity biometrics, identity solutions, and security and authentication for governments and business companies.

 

Mr. Clancey has played a crucial role in developing NSS. Since 2017, he has been NSS’s VP of Operations and deployed the company’s categorization as Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI)-mitigated under a Special Security Agreement.

 

Patrick Clancey has worked in the field of biometrics for over 18 years. Before joining NSS, Mr. Clancey was the Strategy and Programs Vice President and Chief of Staff for IDEMIA’s Global Digital Platforms.

Steve Derr currently holds the position of vice president of cloud operations, sales consulting, and support at Oracle National Security Group (NSG). Aside from developing and manufacturing computer hardware and software, the company’s NSG division provides cloud and data services for defense and intelligence agencies.

 

Steve Derr contributes his over two decades of experience in the IT industry to manage the Oracle cloud operations and engineering team supporting federal government agencies. Mr. Derr started his journey with the company in 2013, where he was the vice president of hardware solutions for the national security division. Before Oracle, he spent three years at Ayaya Government Solutions as CTO and exec VP of sales and operations.
