Michael Bruce Joins Alpha Omega as National Security SVP

Technology company Alpha Omega has appointed industry executive Michael Bruce as senior vice president of national security.

In a LinkedIn post published Monday, the company said Bruce’s appointment comes as it continues to expand its national security portfolio.

Who Is Michael Bruce?

Bruce is an executive with more than two decades of leadership experience in federal homeland security and law enforcement environments. His background includes delivering mission outcomes in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, biometrics, cloud modernization and enterprise transformation.

According to his LinkedIn profile, he most recently served as VP of homeland solutions at Leidos.

He also held leadership roles at several companies, including Booz Allen Hamilton, General Dynamics Mission Systems, BAE Systems, SAIC and Accenture.

His federal service includes leadership positions at the Department of Health and Human Services and the Transportation Security Administration.

What Does Alpha Omega Do?

Alpha Omega supports federal agency partners by delivering mission-focused solutions and services across the areas of digital modernization, AI and cybersecurity in support of national security, federal financial, health, and science and space missions.

Alpha Omega has won a spot on the State Department’s $10 billion Evolve contract vehicle for enterprise IT services. In December, the company was named one of the awardees on the Missile Defense Agency’s $151 billion Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense contract.

The company has also introduced its Continuum Automation Framework, an AI-enabled automation platform designed to help federal agencies accelerate system design, software updates, data migration and compliance activities.
