John Boyle is group president of defense and civilian solutions at Cherokee Federal. He brings to the role over 25 years of GovCon experience. He previously served as senior vice president and chief growth officer at ManTech International. Boyle’s career included positions at several companies, including IBM’s global business services, Leidos, Unisys, Capgemini, Perspecta and Xerox.
Chuck Hicks is chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Empower AI, formerly NCI. He joined the company in 2019 as treasurer and CFO. He previously worked at Cresa Global as CFO and held executive roles in finance at several companies, including SC3, ASRC Federal, USIS, Science Applications International Corp. and Ernst & Young. Hicks also served in the U.S. Navy for six years.
Ed Sheehan, Jr. is president and CEO of Concurrent Technologies Corp., a Johnstown, Pennsylvania-based nonprofit applied scientific research and development professional services organization. He also serves as vice chair and president of the CTC Foundation and chairman of the board of directors of CTC’s affiliate Enterprise Ventures Corp. Sheehan has been at the helm of CTC since 1993.
Gilbert Dussek is CEO of Gunnison Consulting Group. He brings to the role nearly two decades of public sector experience in the field of program management, profit and loss and capture within the intelligence community, federal civilian and state and local government markets. Prior to Gunnison, Dussek worked at SRA International, General Dynamics’ information technology business, CSRA and Lockheed Martin.
Billy Biggs is vice president of public sector sales at San Francisco-based software development company WalkMe. He is responsible for all go-to-market functions in support of federal, state, local, higher education and nonprofit customers. He held leadership roles overseeing public sector sales at BlackBerry, Cornerstone OnDemand and GP Strategies. Biggs also held project management positions at Science Applications International Corp. and Northrop Grumman.
John Foley is president and chief financial officer of technology services contractor DSA. He oversees the company’s strategic growth initiatives, contracts, finance, accounting, procurement, quality management and internal IT services. Prior to DSA, he worked as a business finance officer for shared services functions at CIGNA. He spent 15 years at Lockheed Martin and held various positions, including finance transformation director, post-M&A integration project manager and proposal specialist.
Josh Jackson is senior vice president in charge of the Navy and Marine Corps portfolio at Science Applications International Corp. In this role, he oversees market growth, strategy and program delivery in support of the two service branches. He joined SAIC in 2002 and has held roles of increasing responsibility, including program manager, division manager and chief engineer. He previously worked at HII as head of an engineering team.
Vincent DiFronzo is senior vice president of the Air Force and combatant command business unit at Science Applications International Corp. He oversees programs related to IT, engineering, aircraft sustainment and other areas. He joined SAIC in 2015 as a VP and previously held program management roles at Alion Science and Technology and Scientific Research Corp. DiFronzo spent 27 years in the Air Force and retired as a colonel in 2007.
Logen Thiran is president and CEO of Antenna Research Associates. Since 2014, he has been at the helm as the company develops and delivers antennas and radio frequency systems for both military and civilian applications. Prior to ARA, he spent nearly a decade at DRS Technologies, which now operates as Leonardo DRS. Thiran also held leadership roles at L-3 Communications, Motorola, TLabs and AT&T Bell Laboratories.
Michael Niggel is CEO of Advanced Concepts and Technologies International with oversight of ACT1 programs and joint venture partnerships. He brings to the role over 35 years of acquisition and program management experience. Before founding ACT1, he worked at Science Applications International Corp. as a vice president and operations manager for SAIC’s technical and business solutions operations. Niggel serves on the board of the National Defense Industrial Association.
Christine McGlade is sector vice president of quality and operational excellence for defense systems at Northrop Grumman. In this role, she oversees global supply chain, quality, engineering and technology, digital transformation, program execution, facilities and real estate and environmental health and safety. Since joining Northrop in 1986, McGlade has held leadership roles in logistics, program management, operations optimization and manufacturing at multiple sites across the corporation.
Frank Sturek is president of SkyePoint Decisions and oversees strategy, marketing and business growth initiatives through capability development and prime contract wins. Before joining the IT services company, he was chief growth officer at Axiologic Solutions. He served as vice president for corporate development at Alion Science and Technology and held leadership roles at Pratt & Miller, Engility and Northrop Grumman. Sturek is a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel.
