SentinelOne has appointed Sonalee Parekh, a veteran finance executive in the software and technology sector, as chief financial officer, effective March 24.

The company said Tuesday Chief Growth Officer Barry Padgett will remain interim CFO until Parekh assumes the role and will lead SentinelOne’s fiscal fourth quarter and earnings report for full year 2026 while supporting the leadership transition.
As CFO, Parekh will oversee SentinelOne’s global financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, tax and treasury, accounting, internal audit and investor relations. She will also lead the company’s finance organization and help guide financial strategy as SentinelOne expands its position in the AI-native cybersecurity market.
SentinelOne CEO Tomer Weingarten said Parekh brings experience scaling global software organizations and strengthening financial discipline.

Who Is Sonalee Parekh?
Parekh brings more than 25 years of experience in finance leadership roles across public technology and software companies.
She most recently served as CFO at Asana, where she led the company’s global finance organization and supported its multiproduct, AI-first strategy.
She also served as CFO of RingCentral and held senior finance leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, including divisional CFO and head of corporate development and investor relations.

The latest appointment came nearly three months after SentinelOne named Jeff Reed, a seasoned cybersecurity leader, as chief technology officer.
