The Department of War said Friday NAVSUP received 36 offers for the contract, which it competed as a full and open competition.

The base performance period begins in February and runs through December 2029. If NAVSUP exercises the option period, performance will continue through December 2034. Work will take place in the U.S. and its outlying territories.

NAVSUP obligated $12,000 in fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds at the time of award, allocating $500 to each contract to fund minimum amounts. These funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Customers will obligate additional funding at the task order level using the appropriate fiscal year funds for each area of responsibility.

What Contract Modifications Did NAVSUP Make to WEXMAC TITUS?

In the same release, DOW announced that NAVSUP issued contract modifications to Crowley Government Services and SGK Global Services in support of the WEXMAC TITUS program, raising the base period contract ceiling by $45 billion. If all options are exercised, the total estimated contract maximum could reach $65 billion.

The latest contract action came a month after NAVSUP awarded contract modifications to 109 companies.

The command launched a full and open competition for the requirement and received 111 offers. NAVSUP said 114 incumbent offerors were found compliant and will receive modifications to their existing contracts.

The base period for the WEXMAC TITUS contract began in January 2025 and runs through December 2029, with an option period extending performance through December 2034.

Work will occur in the U.S. and outlying territories under task orders as specific requirements are identified. No funding was obligated for the modifications because the minimum guarantee has already been fulfilled, and NAVSUP will obligate additional funds at the task order level using the appropriate fiscal year funding.

What Are the Recent WEXMAC TITUS Updates?

NAVSUP has continued to expand the WEXMAC TITUS contract through new solicitations and additional awardees.

In early January, the command issued a request for proposals to on-ramp more contractors to the WEXMAC TITUS 2.2 contract. The RFP sought to support a planned $45 billion increase to the Region 27 contract ceiling, increasing the maximum value from $10 billion to $55 billion, according to a SAM.gov notice.

In September, NAVSUP announced 59 WEXMAC TITUS awardees and later added seven more companies to the contract vehicle.
