The Defense Health Agency has awarded 12 companies positions on a combined $300 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to support deployment activities for the Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management Systems, or PEO DHMS.

Which Companies Received Contract Awards?

The Department of War said Thursday the selected firms will provide services and materials required to support the on-demand deployment of products within the PEO DHMS portfolio and related supporting components. The awardees are:

What Are the Contract Terms?

Each awardee is guaranteed a minimum of $10,000, with the contract’s combined ceiling set at $300 million. The ordering period spans a one-year base period along with four one-year options and is scheduled to run from August 2026 through August 2031.

Performance periods will be set individually at the task order level, along with work locations and funding. Contractors may be called upon to deliver services both inside and outside the continental U.S. in various care settings and facility types.

The awards follow a DHA solicitation issued in April for the multiple-award vehicle, which sought contractor support for deployment, training, change management and sustainment activities tied to PEO DHMS health IT systems, including the MHS GENESIS electronic health record system.
