The U.S. Navy has awarded contract modifications to 109 companies, raising their base period contract ceiling by $45 billion to continue supporting the Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract – Territorial Integrity of the U.S., or WEXMAC TITUS, program.
What Is the Scope of the WEXMAC TITUS Contract?
The Department of War said Friday the WEXMAC TITUS contract covers the acquisition of supplies and services to support joint operations of the geographic combatant command, coalition partners and other government agencies. The transaction supports the full continuum of military operations, from theater opening to sustainment, distribution, stability operations and Defense Support of Civil Authorities. The contract also provides for humanitarian aid, disaster relief, contingency operations, exercises, logistics, and both water- and land-based support.

What Are the Details of the Contract?
The contract entered its base period in January 2025 and runs through December 2029. Exercising all available options would extend performance through December 2034. The recent modification raise the contract ceiling within the current base period. If the five-year option period is exercised, each awardee could receive up to $65 billion in total contract value.
Work will be issued through task orders as mission needs, locations and timelines are defined. Performance will take place in the U.S. and designated outlying territories. No funding is being obligated under these modifications, as the contract’s minimum guarantee has already been met. The requirement was awarded through full and open competition, with 109 proposals received.
