The Naval Supply Systems Command has issued a request for proposals to on-ramp additional contractors to its Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract vehicle, offering spots on the WEXMAC 2.3 Territorial Integrity of the United States indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
The RFP supports a planned $45 billion increase to the contract ceiling for Region 27, raising the maximum value from $10 billion to $55 billion, according to the notice published Wednesday on SAM.gov. Work is limited to U.S.-based companies, including both prime contractors and subcontractors.
The solicitation represents a new competition conducted under the rolling admissions authority of the base WEXMAC contract.
What Services Are Included in WEXMAC 2.2?
The RFP supports expeditionary and contingency operations, including base operations and life support, construction and material handling, lodging and catering, medical and force protection services, communications, logistics and transportation, fuel and water supply, and humanitarian assistance and disaster relief.
Questions regarding the solicitation are due by Wednesday, with final proposals required by Jan. 30.
