The U.S. Navy has named Parsons Government Services, Cherokee Nation Government Solutions and 57 other companies that secured spots in the Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract, or WEXMAC, Territorial Integrity of the United States, shortened to TITUS, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity vehicle valued at up to $20 billion.
According to the Department of Defense, WEXMAC TITUS has a 10-year period of performance, including options, with an expected completion date of December 2034. Work will be carried out concurrently within the U.S. and outlying territories.
The Navy began soliciting proposals for the WEXMAC TITUS contract in July. About 109 offers were submitted from a total of 96 firms.
The Naval Supply Systems Command in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, serves as the contracting activity.
WEXMAC TITUS Contract Requirements
WEXMAC TITUS provides expeditionary logistics, sustainment and operational support to geographic combatant commands, U.S. federal agencies and coalition partners in setting the theater.
The contract covers theater opening, theater distribution and defense support of civil authorities. Selected contractors will contribute humanitarian assistance and disaster relief, contingency, exercise, lodging, logistics, water-based, and land-based support.
