The deal advances Sigma Defense’s strategy to expand its data analytics offerings to the Department of Defense and other customers, the company said Tuesday.
As a result of the acquisition, Sigma Defense will have rights to Juno’s combined joint all-domain command and control capabilities, including its contributions to the U.S. Navy’s Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services and Project Overmatch.
“Juno Technologies’ deep expertise and successful track record in application development and automation complement our existing capabilities and will allow us to serve a broader range of customers, particularly within the US Navy,” Sigma Defense CEO Matt Jones remarked.
