Valkyrie Enterprises has appointed Joyner Livingston as senior vice president of mission solutions. The company said in a LinkedIn post Tuesday that Livingston will lead operations, growth strategy and program delivery for its technical services portfolio.
“Serving at the intersection of operational domain knowledge, technical expertise, and acquisition acumen, Joyner is uniquely positioned to lead our business in addressing some of our Warfighters’ most complex challenges,” Josh Jackson, CEO of Valkyrie and a two-time Wash100 winner, stated.

Who Is Joyner Livingston?
Livingston brings to the role over two decades of experience in defense technology and federal contracting. Before joining Valkyrie’s executive team, he served as a senior manager at Deloitte Consulting, where he led digital transformation strategy and delivery efforts for Department of War clients.
Prior to Deloitte, Livingston held multiple leadership roles at SAIC, including director positions overseeing training, simulation and adaptive immersive systems for the Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps. He also managed programs tied to remotely piloted aircraft modernization and broader defense training initiatives.
Livingston began his career in the U.S. Army as an armored cavalry officer and later served as a logistics officer. He retired from the Army Reserve in 2024.
