Cape-Weston JV Wins $245M Navy Contract for Environmental Remedial Action Work

A joint venture between Cape Environmental Management and Weston Solutions has won a potential $245 million contract to help restore ecosystems around facilities within Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command’s Pacific area of operations under a potential $245 million contract.

Cape-Weston JV3 will receive task orders to conduct environmental remedial action efforts at military and government facilities under the cost-plus-award-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.

Tasks include pilot and treatability studies, emergency response and removal and remedial actions.

NAVFAC Pacific received three offers for the procurement effort via SAM.gov and expects work to conclude by March 2027. The award has a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
