- Endurion has named Justin Janaskie as its president and chief operating officer
- Quiet Professionals and Spathe Systems last month rebranded into Endurion
- Janaskie served as chief technology officer at MAG Aerospace before his appointment
Justin Janaskie has left his position as chief technology officer of MAG Aerospace to serve as president and chief operating officer of Endurion, the Florida-based defense and technology firm said on Wednesday.
Janaskie’s appointment comes more than a month after Endurion emerged from the consolidation of Quiet Professionals and Spathe Systems.
What Is Justin Janaskie’s Expertise?
Janaskie spent more than 10 years at MAG Aerospace, initially hired to be deputy vice president of the intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance division. He was then chosen to lead global operations and transferred to the Fairfax, Virginia office when he became senior vice president of business development in August 2018.
In addition to being CTO, Janaskie served as program manager for two next-generation contractor-owned, contractor-operated jet platforms for ISR, as well as director of command, control, computers, communications, cyber, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.
He also spent over seven years at SpecTIR, a company specializing in advanced hyperspectral and remote sensing technologies. From being a technical intelligence fusion analyst, he worked his way up the ranks to program manager, vice president and eventually president from 2014 to 2016.
What Did the Endurion CEO Say About Janaskie’s Appointment?
Andy Wilson, chief executive officer of Endurion, said Janaskie “brings a rare combination of operational discipline, technical depth and business leadership. As we continue building a company designed for the realities of modern missions, Justin’s experience leading complex organizations and delivering in demanding environments will be a major asset.”
Wilson co-founded Quiet Professionals before the Endurion rebranding, and continues to lead its growth as an artificial intelligence provider for special operations forces and combatant commands.
