Cubic Digital Intelligence has appointed Samuel Stollar, a public sector technology expert, as vice president and general manager.
The company said in a LinkedIn post Monday that Stollar’s background will play a key role in its efforts to strengthen its customer delivery model and its pursuit of long-term growth.
Who Is Samuel Stollar?
Stollar brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience overseeing software products and intelligence products and services in support of defense, intelligence and geospatial missions.
Prior to joining CDI, he was a partner for IBM’s intelligence community account.
Before IBM, he spent over a decade at Octo, holding several senior leadership roles. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and general manager, leading Octo’s defense and intelligence community business unit.
Stollar also previously worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting a range of Department of War organizations, including U.S. Special Operations Command Europe, the Joint Staff, Fleet Cyber Command and the DOW chief information officer.
The executive holds a master’s degree in information systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a bachelor’s degree in history and foreign affairs from the University of Virginia.
