ASRC Federal has hired Lori Stallard as senior vice president of growth operations.

Stallard will oversee execution across capture and proposal functions as the company pursues new business in federal markets, ASRC Federal said Tuesday. She is tasked with bridging the growth and operations teams, driving cross-functional integration and streamlined communication throughout the organization.

The executive brings more than three decades of government contracting experience spanning business development and capture roles at major defense companies.

Who Is Lori Stallard?

Before joining ASRC Federal, Stallard served as vice president of business development for the science and space segment at KBR. She previously held vice president roles focused on business development and capture strategy at Leidos and held business development leadership positions at Lockheed Martin, URS, General Dynamics Information Technology and BAE Systems.

Stallard’s federal market experience includes work tied to the Departments of Homeland Security, War and Justice; NASA; and the intelligence community. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and business administration from the State University of New York at Oswego.
