Navy Taps eSimplicity for $99M Spectrum Management Support Contract

The U.S. Navy has awarded eSimplicity a potential five-year, $99.2 million contract to provide spectrum management support services.

The Department of Defense said Thursday the Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Regional Directorate in Philadelphia, launched a competitive procurement process through SAM.gov and received three offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

Spectrum Management Support IDIQ Contract Scope

The firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract has a 60-month ordering period without options and will support the Navy and Marine Corps Spectrum Center and the Naval Information Warfare Developmental Center.

Contract work will kick off in September 2025 and run through August 2030.

The company will perform work in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, Hawaii, Florida, California, Guam, Italy, Japan and Bahrain.

The service branch will obligate Navy operations and maintenance appropriations funds for fiscal year 2025. Individual task orders will be funded with appropriate fiscal year appropriations at the time of their issuance.
