The Bethesda, Maryland-based company said Frazitta will oversee the development and implementation of integrated talent strategies designed to enhance contract performance, strengthen employee retention, and foster collaboration across teams nationwide. Bobby Frazitta’s Career Highlights
Frazitta is a 20-year veteran of the government contracting industry with extensive experience in HR management. He previously served as head of people and culture at Merlin Group, where he developed strategies related to performance management, workforce enhancement, executive development and employee engagement.
Before that, Frazitta worked at RIVA Solutions for over three years as senior VP for people and culture and as acting chief people and culture officer at ManTech. He spent nearly five years at Deloitte as a senior manager and talent business adviser. Frazitta also held HR leadership roles at BAE Systems and MAG Aerospace.
