In a LinkedIn post published Wednesday, Bailey said she looks forward to partnering with Aretum CEO Rohit Gupta to expand the company’s footprint and support the government’s mission.
“At Aretum, I see tremendous potential not only to expand our market presence but also to enhance the employee experience, creating an environment where innovation thrives and everyone is encouraged to contribute to our collective success,” the newly appointed EVP added.
Prior to joining the government technology services contractor, Bailey was senior vice president of the Department of Defense at NuAxis Innovations, according to her LinkedIn profile.
She joined NuAxis in 2015 and went on to hold leadership positions, including principal and senior director of federal civilian.
The Aretum executive also held program management roles at the Department of the Treasury and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Bailey serves as vice chair at large within the American Council for Technology – Industry Advisory Council.
