The Department of Defense said the cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price contract has a base amount of approximately $57.2 million and includes options that could bring the total ceiling value to about $203 million if exercised.

The contract also covers the production of multifunction modular masts for in-service and new construction submarines.

Lockheed’s rotary and mission systems business will perform work in Syracuse, New York, through July 2030.

Naval Sea Systems Command is obligating $54.2 million in shipbuilding and conversion funds for fiscal years 2024 and 2025 and $100,000 in FY 2025 other procurement funds.

In February, Lockheed secured a potential $1.4 billion Navy contract to produce AN/BLQ-10 electronic warfare systems for the branch’s submarines. The system is designed to provide submarine commanders with real-time situational awareness in the littoral battlespace.
