Oracle has named Bryan Beaulieu, a sales leader who has proven experience capturing and managing public sector acquisitions, as vice president of its homeland security portfolio.
Beaulieu’s career at Oracle spans several years. He joined the IT services provider in 2010 as its Department of Defense account executive, a role he held for two years before moving to other companies. He rejoined Oracle and became its business development executive in 2015 then DOD director of sales in 2017.
He left the Austin, Texas-headquartered company in 2019 to join digital transformation firm Dynamic Systems, where he served as vice president of sales for over three years.
Beaulieu returned to Oracle in 2023 to oversee the company’s partnership with the Department of Homeland Security as senior director.
His resume also includes positions at Aruba Networks, Cisco Systems, SUN Microsystems, MD-IT and GTSI Corp.
The executive holds a bachelor’s degree in computer and information science from Tulane University.
Oracle Providing IT Services to US Army
In October, the company announced that it received a task order from the U.S. Army to migrate the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army, or IPPS-A, to its U.S. Defense Cloud.
