Darrell Graddy, formerly chief operating officer of Leidos‘ (NYSE: LDOS) U.K. business arm, has been appointed chief strategy officer at Boston Government Services.
He brings to the role nearly four decades of government contracting industry experience in program management, business development, capture strategy, strategy development and strategic planning, BGS said Monday.
“Darrell has been a strategic and operational leader across the government and private sector for more than three decades. He has deep industry knowledge, relationships, and insights to inform our strategy and direction to underpin our strategic growth,” said Harry Boston, founder and CEO of BGS.
Graddy’s eight-year career at Leidos includes time as senior vice president of operations support for Consolidated Nuclear Security, a joint venture that operates the Pantex Plant in Texas and the Y-12 National Security Complex in Tennessee for the National Nuclear Security Administration.
Before joining Leidos, he was deputy and vice president of civil operations at Lockheed Martin‘s (NYSE: LMT) information systems and global solutions business.
