The Department of Veterans Affairs has released a draft solicitation for a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for digital products and services to enable user-centered experiences.
A notice posted on SAM.gov states that Secure, Performant, Reliable and User-Centered Experiences contract will cover support for software development and operation, technical advising and architecture planning, service design and user research studies, data science and data analytics and product support operations.
SPURCE is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and market research experts anticipate a $2.7 billion potential ceiling for the contract, according to a report.
VA aims to build on the accomplishments of a previously awarded $247.3 million Customer Experience, DevOps and Agile Releases contract covering information technology and commercial application development support services.
Interested parties have until Sept. 21 to respond to the draft solicitation.
