The acquisition gives NeuroFlow authority over two BHL businesses that deliver measurement-based care to the Department of Veterans Affairs, NeuroFlow said July 18.
BHL and BHL Touch have supported VA for 15 years. They have also helped over 150 healthcare facilities collect medical assessments and implement electronic health record systems.
CSD will become a wholly owned subsidiary of NeuroFlow and will bring in integration expertise relating to the department’s EHR platforms.
“We are eager to accelerate the implementation of BHL and BHL Touch at new facilities within the VA and to continue with various exciting collaborations and product developments already in progress,” NeuroFlow CEO Chris Molaro remarked.
