Andie Borcz, vice president of people at Applied Insight since December 2022, has been appointed to the company’s newly created position of chief people officer.
Her new responsibilities cover human resources, employee services, talent acquisition and organizational culture, Applied Insight said Wednesday.
Borcz has over 20 years of experience in sales and human resources. She took mid-level sales management roles from 2002 to 2011, before becoming a recruiting manager at Vocus. From September 2012 to January 2015, she was a technical recruiter at TASC/Texeltek.
She then worked for the Strategic Innovation Group at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) and as chief people officer at Anthem Engineering, a developer of software and other IT systems for government agencies.
