Founded in 2015, Auspex is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business that provides data analytics, cybersecurity, data operations, management consulting and operations research support for the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community, Edgesource said Tuesday.
Auspex will retain its brand as it operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Edgesource.
Chris Lansburgh, president and CEO of Edgesource, said the transaction expands the company’s capabilities in the intelligence community and provides additional services to support the combined client base.
“We will be able to leverage each other’s strengths for the benefit of national security, while providing all of our employees with new growth opportunities,” added Lansburgh.
Alexandria, Virginia-based Edgesource is a small business focused on delivering technical and professional services to federal defense and civilian customers through its team of subject matter experts and cleared professionals.
