Delta Wins $187M Task Order for SPACECOM HQ Advisory, Assistance Services

Colorado-based small business Delta Solutions & Strategies has won a potential five-year, $186.7 million task order to advise and assist U.S. Space Command on headquarters matters.

The Space Acquisition Management Delta at Peterson Space Force Base received 11 proposals for the cost-plus-fixed-fee task order under Pool 1 of the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Small Business contract, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.

Delta is a service-disabled veteran-owned company that offers advisory and assistance, technical training and other professional support services to the government.

The Department of the Air Force announced in early 2021 its plans to move SPACECOM’s headquarters from Colorado to Alabama and expected a final decision for the HQ location in the spring of 2023.
