Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command has selected 10 small businesses to compete for design-build construction projects within the NAVFAC’s Marianas, Guam, area of operations under an eight-year, $400 million contract.
NAVFAC received 22 proposals for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and will provide a $25,000 minimum guarantee to each awardee, the Department of Defense said Monday.
Contractors will build, renovate or maintain facilities at federal and military facilities located in the U.S. island territory.
