Financial services distribution company Galway Holdings has acquired Simatree, a Virginia-based data analytics and technology consulting services provider that holds a position on the General Services Administration’s Multiple Award Schedule contract.
The deal gives Simatree access to capital investments to support growth opportunities and allows the business to collaborate with Galway Strategic Solutions to pursue digital transformation initiatives, according to a joint statement.
In September, the GSA awarded Simatree a five-year base contract to offer professional services to the federal government.
The company said at the time it has worked with the departments of Homeland Security and Health and Human Services.
