AT&T Vet John Donovan Joins Lockheed Board as Independent Director

John Donovan, former CEO of AT&T’s (NYSE: T) communications subsidiary, has joined the board of directors of Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) as an independent director.

He will serve on Lockheed’s classified business and security committee, the company said Thursday.

Donovan also leads the President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee and sits on the board of Palo Alto Networks (NYSE: PANW).

His more than 11-year career with AT&T also included roles as the telecommunication firm’s chief technology officer from April 2008 to January 2012 and president of its technology and operations group from January 2012 to August 2017.

Donovan previously worked at VeriSign, inCode Telecom Group and Deloitte Consulting.
