Sentek primarily supports the U.S. Navy and also provides integrated logistics services and program management support to organizations within the defense, justice and security sector, Deloitte said Monday.
Mike Canning, U.S. government and public services industry leader and principal at Deloitte Consulting, said the transaction will help broaden the company’s footprint in San Diego and expand its cybersecurity and systems engineering capabilities and offerings to other military services and federal agencies.
“We are joining Deloitte to help our government clients solve complex systems engineering and cybersecurity challenges, while also accelerating the scaling of our services for defense, security and justice sector organizations,” said Eric Basu, CEO and founder of Sentek Global.
