Clinton Bickett, chief financial officer of global mission services business unit at PAE (Nasdaq: PAE), has been appointed by the board of directors as interim president of the business unit, effective July 6.
The move comes after Charles Anderson, a retired U.S. Army major general, stepped down as president of global mission services Thursday, June 17, the Falls Church, Virginia-based defense contractor said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Thursday.
Anderson joined PAE from Vectrus (NYSE: VEC), where he served as senior vice president of facility and logistics services.
Bickett will continue to serve as CFO of PAE’s global mission services, according to the SEC filing.
Prior to PAE, Bickett held finance leadership roles at Defense Support Services, Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) and General Electric (NYSE: GE). He spent four years in the Army and served as company commander.
