Belcan, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners, has bought service-disabled veteran-owned professional services contractor VICTOR42 for an undisclosed sum in a move to expand work with government and defense customers.
Washington, D.C.-based VICTOR42 offers special operations and information technology support to government clients such as the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, U.S. Special Operations Command and the Department of Veterans Affairs, Belcan said Thursday.
Kirkland & Ellis and PwC respectively served as legal and financial advisers to Belcan on the transaction, while Impresa Legal Group served as the acquired company’s legal adviser.
The deal marks Belcan’s 17th acquisition with the backing of private equity firm AEI.
