Joseph Cubba, formerly senior partner and vice president for defense and intelligence at IBM (NYSE: IBM), has been named chief growth officer of ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT).
He will report directly to ManTech Chief Operating Officer Matt Tait and be responsible for strategic growth efforts across the federal civilian, defense and intelligence sectors in his new position, the company said Monday.
Tait said the newly hired CGO is known for his ability to provide “sophisticated” technology services to customers and his professional experience aligns with the company’s Bringing Digital to the Mission.
Cubba has driven various sales programs focused on the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community during his three-decade industry career.
He also serves in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a captain and previously spent 10 years at the U.S. Air Force.
