Jamie Graybeal Joins SOSi in VP Role, Three Execs Take New Leadership Posts; Julian Setian Quoted

Jamie Graybeal, former executive for reform outreach at the Department of Defense's cost assessment and program evaluation directorate, has joined SOS International as vice president for public affairs and government relations.

The retired U.S. Navy captain led the development and implementation of communication strategies meant to stakeholders understand the Pentagon's budgetary process, SOSi said Wednesday.

Graybeal worked with the CAPE team to launch educational campaigns about the financial aspects of various DoD programs such as the department's Military Health System reform and information technology modernization efforts.

He previously held public affairs leadership roles at the U.S. Strategic Command, Central Command and Naval Forces Central Command.

“His experience and industry knowledge enable us to better engage critical stakeholders in the executive and legislative branches of government,” said Julian Setian, president and CEO of SOSi and 2020 Wash100 winner.

The company also promoted Janet Hanofee, VP of human resources, as chief HR officer; Kevin Henderson, senior VP of business development, as chief growth officer; and Greg Hayken, associate general counsel and VP of contracts, as executive VP and general counsel.
