Twelve companies have won spots on a potential $996M indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract to help the U.S. Air Force engineer, test and integrate modifications into fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft.
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center received 17 offers for the small business set-aside award and will obligate $1.5K to each winning contractor at the time of award, the Department of Defense said Friday.
Contractors will compete for orders to provide trial and production kit installation, aircraft integration, logistics, field support, transportation, program management and initial spares delivery services.
DoD expects work under the IDIQ to conclude by April 16, 2028.
