APL will conduct efforts under the single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract in accordance with a set of core competencies determined by the Department of Defense’s assistant secretary for research and engineering, DoD said Friday.
The agency awarded the IDIQ via a sole-source acquisition process and will provide a minimum guarantee of $5.8M through the issuance of an initial task order. According to DoD, the ordering period will commence at the end of this month and continue through Sept. 29, 2024.
