10 Directors Elected to CAE Board

CAE (NYSE: CAE) announced the election of 10 directors to the company™s board during the annual meeting of shareholders.

Marianne Harrison, president and CEO of Manulife Financial™s U.S. division John Hancock Life Insurance Co., is the newly elected member of the board, CAE said Wednesday.

The other nine board members are:

• Alan MacGibbon
• Andrew Stevens
• Francois Olivier
• John Manley
• Marc Parent
• Margaret œPeg Billson
• Michael Fortier
• Michael Roach
• Norton Schwartz

Katharine Stevenson is leaving the defense contractor™s board after reaching the term limit of 12 years.
