This acquisition will allow us to expand and diversify our cyber offering to better serve our customers, Bob Donahue, CEO and founder of By Light, said in a statement published Friday.
Cabot, Ark.-based Metova Federal provides cyber training platforms, software development support, infrastructure design and installation, network engineering and other information technology services to federal government and commercial clients. The company offers a cyber attack emulation platform CyberCENTS – designed to support state and federal agencies across multidomain environments.
The acquisition came two months after By Light purchased government IT services contractor Phacil and more than a year after its acquisition of Axom Technologies.
Arlington, Va.-based ByLight is a portfolio company of New York City-based private equity firm Sagewind Capital and provides professional services, software engineering platforms, hardware and other IT services to defense, civilian and commercial clients.
