Mark Lee

Mark Lee, a senior vice president at ICF (Nasdaq: ICFI), has been named head of the consulting and digital services company’s public sector group.

He will succeed Ellen Glover, an executive VP who is set to retire on May 3, and oversee the delivery of services to federal, local and state agencies in cybersecurity, technology, disaster recovery, health, social and environmental areas, the company said Wednesday.

“Mark has excelled throughout his tenure at ICF and has been a key contributor to the growth of our U.S. public sector group,” said Sudhakar Kesavan, chairman and CEO of ICF.

Kesavan, a 2019 Wash100 winner, added that the company will continue to keep ahead of clients’ evolving needs and deliver services in support of federal, state and local agencies under Lee’s leadership.

Lee is a two-decade ICF veteran who previously served as head of business development for the public sector group and as leader of the firm’s disaster management division.
