John Marinaro
John Marinaro, former director of the technical excellence office at NASA‘s Safety Center, has joined professional services and engineering firm KeyLogic as vice president for the federal civilian business.
He will manage KeyLogic’s federal civilian portfolio and apply his engineering experience from NASA to the company’s processes, software development and service delivery efforts, KeyLogic said Thursday.
In his previous role, Marinaro led a NASA organization that is responsible for the management of a professional development program focused on safety.
He held various leadership roles at the space agency such as chief engineer of software independent validation and verification; executive director of the Aerospace Safety Advisory Panel; and IV&V services supervisor.
Marinaro also worked at the Federal Aviation Administration as an aviation program manager and radar engineer.
He served for a total of 23 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy Reserve and U.S. Army National Guard.
