Alan Stewart, former chief financial officer of Vistronix, has joined Systems Planning and Analysis as senior vice president and CFO at the Alexandria, Virginia-based professional services contractor.
SPA said Friday that Stewart holds experience in positions related to business management, tax, investor relations, finance, accounting, mergers and acquisitions at multiple public and private companies.
He brings a wealth of experience and proven success in budgeting and forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and management and leadership to our team, ” SPA President and CEO William Vantine.
Stewart previously worked for Oceus Networks, ICF International, (Nasdaq: ICFI), DataZen, Blackboard (Nasdaq: BBBB), Deltek Systems, BTG, Policy Management Systems (NYSE: PMS), Tempest Technologies, C3, Martin Marietta, Touche Ross & Co. and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
