Former ManTech Executive Joins Apogee as Vice President of Growth

Apogee has appointed Pete Brady, a global growth strategist, as vice president of growth.

In his new role, Brady will focus on advancing the transition into the unrestricted federal market and leading long-term strategic growth initiatives, Apogee said Thursday, noting that his leadership will contribute to expanding the company’s strategic market presence and accelerating new business and markets in line with the company’s goal of becoming an industry leader in defense innovation and solutions.

Career Highlights

Brady has over three decades of combined military and industry experience within the Department of Defense.

He was the chief growth officer at Barbaricum before joining Apogee. The executive held the role for nearly two years, during which he supported the company’s mission to transform U.S. government approaches to problem sets, primarily in national security missions, by delivering innovative solutions.

He also held leadership positions focused on business development and growth in various companies, including QBE, TekSynap, BlueWater Federal Solutions, Intelligent Decisions and ManTech.

A retired U.S. Army officer, Brady had multiple overseas assignments and combat deployments across Afghanistan, Iraq, Bosnia, Kosovo and Central Africa.

He holds a master’s degree in telecommunications engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
