HawkEye 360 Taps Todd Probert to Lead US Government Business

HawkEye 360 has appointed Todd Probert, a defense industry executive and a two-time Wash100 awardee, as president of its U.S. government business.

The company said Thursday Probert will oversee strategic engagement with defense and intelligence partners and advance innovation in radio frequency data and analytics to help address national security challenges facing customers.

“Todd’s extensive experience in defense technology and his ability to drive strategic growth make him a tremendous asset to HawkEye 360,” said John Serafini, CEO of HawkEye 360. “His leadership will further strengthen our ability to deliver advanced RF intelligence solutions, equipping our customers with the actionable intelligence needed to operate effectively in complex and contested environments.”

Todd Probert’s Career Background

Probert brings to HawkEye 360 deep expertise in signals intelligence, electronic warfare, space operations, artificial intelligence, software modernization and multidomain operational systems.

He most recently served as president of national security and innovation solutions at CACI International, where he managed a portfolio of mission-driven technology platforms for defense, intelligence and federal government clients.

Before CACI, the seasoned executive held senior leadership roles at Raytheon Technologies, now known as RTX. As vice president of the defense contractor’s command and control, space, and intelligence, he formed key partnerships with Silicon Valley to drive innovation and facilitate the integration of AI and commercial software methodologies into mission-critical defense and intelligence technologies.
