The Department of Defense said Friday Space Systems Command awarded the sole-source, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract as part of the third phase of the Small Business Innovation Research Program.
MTSI will perform work in El Segundo, California, through Jan. 9, 2030.
The command is funding the contract by obligating $1.7 million in fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation funds and $624,000 in operations and maintenance funds for fiscal 2025.

The Digital Bloodhound program calls for the company to provide software development and deployment, integrated program management, cloud services and mission/field deployment and sustainment support to mitigate cyber risks and improve defensive cyber capabilities across the Space Force.
