B&A has announced a strategic partnership with DFW Capital Partners to push operational growth throughout the company.
By enlisting DFW’s history of providing business development and strategic planning resources, B&A will aim to enhance its technical service offerings and pursue new market opportunities, the McLean, Virginia-based company announced Tuesday.
Jonathan Evans, president and CEO of B&A, said, “The partnership with DFW marks a pivotal milestone for our company.”
“We are excited to join forces with DFW, whose unparalleled resources and industry expertise will be key as we embark on this next phase of our journey,” Evans added.
DFW has also shown the ability to garner and invest in human capital to drive expansion throughout the government market.
Doug Gilbert, partner at DFW, said the private equity company was impressed by B&A’s leadership team and the company’s more than 30-year tenure of supplying resilient information technology services ahead of the announced partnership.
“B&A’s ability to grow alongside the nation’s most critical government agencies and evolve through technological change in the industry highlights their deep commitment to customer success,” Gilbert emphasized. “We are thrilled to partner with the B&A team and support them in navigating the next chapter of their growth story.”
