Elisa Soto Promoted to Chief People Officer at Naval Analyses Center Operator CNA

CNA Corp., which operates a federally funded research and development center, has promoted Elisa Soto from vice president of human resources to VP and chief people officer.

She has more than two decades of corporate HR experience in areas such as full cycle recruitment and staffing, employee relations and performance management, according to her LinkedIn profile.

Soto joined the Center for Naval Analyses administrator in 2020 after more than five years as director of HR at OGSystems, now part of Parsons (NYSE: PSN).

Previously, she spent more than 11 years at Vencore as HR director and held an eight year-career at Perot Government Systems in a similar role.

Arlington, Virginia-based CNA is a nonprofit organization that conducts national security research and analysis work for the Department of the Navy.
