Blue Air Training and Top Aces have completed a business combination process and aim to create a turnkey air combat training service for military customers.
The two companies intend to maintain independent operations and names at their respective Las Vegas, Nevada, and Mesa, Arizona, headquarters.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed and Blue Air worked with investment bank KippsDeSanto & Co. in the transaction.
