GovernmentCIO Awarded $179M VA Task Order for Technology Incubation Services

GovernmentCIO has won a potential four-year, $179M task order to provide technology incubation services for the Department of Veterans Affairs’ demand management division, G2Xchange Health reported Friday.

VA received two offers for the TIS task order, which was awarded as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside under the $22.3B Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation contract vehicle.

The TIS task order covers support across several areas including business process reengineering/transformation, voice of the customer and emerging business practices – technology support as well as communications, administrative, meeting, strategic and functional analysis, schedule and onboarding support services, according to a request for information released in December 2019.

Washington, D.C.-based GovernmentCIO is an SDVOSB consultancy focused on providing federal information technology strategy, Agile transformation, cybersecurity, application and software development support services to government agency clients.
