Susan Balaguer
Susan Balaguer, formerly senior vice president of human resources at CACI International (NYSE: CACI), has joined Chantilly, Virginia-based government services contractor Engility (NYSE: EGL) as SVP and chief human resources officer.
She will report directly to Engility CEO Lynn Dugle and will bring more than 20 years of HR management experience to her new position, the company said Monday.
“Her experience and leadership will be especially beneficial as we continue to focus on attracting, developing and retaining the talent that is vital to growing our business, ” noted Dugle.
Balaguer led HR functions at Arlington-based CACI for nearly two years and was responsible for talent management and benefits functions.
She has previously served as VP of human resources at ASRC Federal and executive VP of business services at VT Group.
Balaguer also served in HR leadership roles at Raytheon‘s (NYSE: RTN) former technical services and network centric systems business units.
