Jan Marshall to Serve as Cubic VP, CIO; Bradley Feldmann Comments

CubicLogoJan Marshall, founder of the jlm Coaching and Consulting group, has joined Cubic (NASDAQ: CUB) as vice president and chief information officer.

In her new role, Marshall will take charge of the team handling information technology solutions delivery, infrastructure, applications and processes, Cubic said Tuesday.

“Her passion for transforming IT within a company to impact the business will be a strategic asset and help us create initiatives that build business value to support our customers and partners, ” said Bradley Feldmann, Cubic president and chief executive officer.

Marshall has 40 years of professional experience in IT strategy, program management and governance.

She previously served as CIO of Southwest Airlines and is a member of the SAP Independent Executive Advisory Council.
